Is it just me or are those two items in crazy demand? I'm pretty sure that 90% of the market requests I've seen for talisman pieces have included those two.

You need a level 7 piece of them both as part of elder dragon, which is 64 level one pieces. They seem to drop the least frequently of all the common pieces. They drop more often than the actual rare pieces but you need so many more of them.
