    I'll keep enfeeble, cuz that seems like enough sacrifice.  Willing to talk about sylvan or druid next though.

    Not a proc rate, it's a defense that applies if you have the relic every ~5 minutes.

    To clarify: Not stacking defense, ~5 minutes after it procs it's 'active' again.

    Last cure to heartstop. @Antonius is right, nobody to blame but yourself!

    Also worth noting there was a full ~4s window when you regained balance post-heartstop initiation (in which you typed 'Really') where you could have started behead for the kill, given he was already prone.

    You start it, has a flat timer (15s iirc), you can't do anything relevant while it goes through.

    If someone started heartstop and had no affs, you could delph/delph them then behead in response and win the race.

    Illusions are as strong as ever if you can go beyond illusioning afflictions.

    Illusions can still be used. You just have to trick the player instead of the system. Things like illusioning shield and rebounding, using curing abilities, etc
