To be fair, doesn't the Staff of Nicator help drop Jhui's EQ time as well?
- (Eleusis): Ellodin says, "The Fissure of Echoes is Sarathai's happy place." - With sharp, crackling tones, Kyrra tells you, "The ladies must love you immensely." - (Eleusian Ranger Techs): Savira says, "Most of the hard stuff seem to have this built in code like: If adventurer_hitting_me = "Sarathai" then send("terminate and selfdestruct")." - Makarios says, "Serve well and perish." - Xaden says, "Xaden confirmed scrub 2017."
(Flawless Victoly): Medi says, "Just came to say hi."
I laughed.

I'm more appalled by the language than anything else.
Yea the behavior is, while annoying, not altogether unacceptable. The reaction to being killed for doing it is pretty far over the line though. He's been shrubbed before for doing stuff like that, and apparently hasn't learned his lesson.
Or how some countries pretend to team up to fight ISIS but instead bomb the Kurds while everyone else ignores it because realistically they're focusing more on getting Assad out of power to reduce the influence of Russia in the Mediterranean.
You'd only hope for additive if you want it to be more overpowered, which I guess might be the case. Generally speaking, you want reductions to be multiplicative, and additions to be additive, to avoid things becoming too ridiculous when stacking occurs.

The hell is an EQ Gem? Am I just forgetting about something or did an artefact get added? 33% equilibrium bonus?
Did someone lose their mind or am I asking too many questions?
It's a relic. The person holding it gains a 33% bonus to EQ balance times. However, if they are killed, then their killer is the one who gets it instead (transfer of ownership the old-fashioned way). If they're killed some other way, then it usually bounces off to one of the honours mobs. And, of course, whoever has the relic is open-PK to anybody in Achaea, at any time, for any reason (or no reason at all), as much as they want and as long as they want.

someone dun' goofed. Broken limbs with timeflux speeds up tumbling now. (Yes, I reported it as a bug -and- messaged Makarios about it)
Aurora says, "Tharvis, why are you always breaking things?!" Artemis says, "You are so high maintenance, Tharvis, gosh." Tecton says, "It's still your fault, Tharvis."
I'm confused. Your timestamps show each of those tumbles at 4 seconds, (Even the one she said was 5.1. It wasn't.) which is the normal tumble time. Are you forgetting that damaged (not crippled) limbs extend tumble time by .5 seconds? In a real fight, you'd have broken at least one limb, so it'd usually be 4.5, but what you're seeing there is completely normal as far as Tumble's concerned. I didn't realize Timeflux affected Tumble at all, but Flux is definitely not making Tumble "faster", it just appears to be having no effect at all.

Staff is 10% off balance and equilibrium.
EQ Gem is 33% off EQ.

One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important
I was all queue'd up with nowhere to go, though.
