    I logged in to get called to a serman that literally ended the moment I walked in. Ended up playing a long and entertaining game of chess with @Herenicus that seemed like half of the city came to watch. Spent about 25 minutes dealing with totems. Then I finally grabbed a pair of tradeskills, and ended up distracted with scripts for those for the rest of the night. Then I received notification that I was mentioned here. Weird!

    I honestly don't get the point of it since the game is an RP game. So when I'm walking around it's...RP! Glad you're enjoying Tess' though, and thanks for the compliment.

    Worked on my zMUD scripts some more, improving some older scripts to make them better or more efficient, and updating things to make more use of serverside queues/aliases/curing. In other words, digging myself into a deeper hole and making it harder to switch to a better client.

    Made a note to myself that when asked to pick a place for Harmony, I should probably avoid the ones with wind that prevents you from hearing what the other participants in the ritual are saying. And avoid the ones with aggressive denizens.

    Also noted an interesting mistell.
    - (Eleusis): Ellodin says, "The Fissure of Echoes is Sarathai's happy place."
    - With sharp, crackling tones, Kyrra tells you, "The ladies must love you immensely."
    - (Eleusian Ranger Techs): Savira says, "Most of the hard stuff seem to have this built in code like: If adventurer_hitting_me = "Sarathai" then send("terminate and selfdestruct")."

    Came  around. Was all nervous about my interview for sentinels. Heard @Rangor was a hard person to please. @Kardal and @Trilliana tell me to ask or they willfor me. Heh. I ask, but try and worm my way out by saying,I can wait if he is busy(please say you are to busy). He isn't and the interview commences. Mid interview I get a message from @Aodfionn saying he has something for me and well give it to  when hereturns in couple months. I feel nervous about this meeting and what it could be. I expect something insulting and some harsh words. Anyway,I actually do well and I say the oath of the sentinels. Rangor goes all drill sergeant/inspiring leader on me and is like, say it like you mean it! Louder! Heh. I join the pack, lots of friendliness from awesome people like @Grondson.  I talk bs with the Eleusians at the gates for a while and finally @Aodfionn comes around. He smiles at Caoi, much to his suprise, and hands him a prayer book from Targossas. Awkward the feels moment and hug. Aodfionn blesses Caoi's new path, much to my character's shock. I proceed to go hunting. I die due to seriously nasty aeon spikes. I lose all I gained. I gain it back. @Ryuke offers to take me hunting on an island. We go, we start, and then Mhaldor decides to raid. Bleeeeeh. We go back home. I join defense. Horrific deaths. Embrace. Oh look..it's Jarrel..oh my god, he is attacking Ryuke's wolf.You bastard. I attack him expecting Ryuke to back me. He is too busy inning tattoos. I..oh god. Darkshade. He is gonna..I need to away. God Damn it. Wall. Tumble. I can't escape. I die exactly the way I was trying to avoid. Embrace. Come back. Deff up. Renounce. Soul Rip. I come back..Jarrel is killing me. I ask him to wait.  He doesn't. I heart stop to rob him of his kill. I die.  embrace.He is there at the cave. AGAIN. I don't renounce. Warn eleusis of the killer waiting  caves. I run home to join the party help. We rush all the while. I swear to Sarapis. I was one of the first one they targeted everytime. Jarrel bstabs me mid being beckoned and being killed by all the raiders.death...again. Meanwhile...all the others are scattering and there is like 3 lone wolves. Meanwhile Alrena  is barking orders and Exelethril  is like RUN!! Also...I may have forgotten a slight how to actually do raid defense. Oh.and it's a new city.and when someone says regroup, I usually think that means you will go to the main gathering area... we finished. By this time I had lost over 30 percent of my level...I ranted at Grondson  and  talked about how we could do better. I hire on Jarrel for large sum of gold Then I decided I needed me time  and went to brood at the tippy top of the great oak tree. Felt out of sorts. @Samanthya demanded me and Ryuke's presence and wanted to throw axes at us to test stuff.  But I think she just likes throwing axes at us. >.>; Went to brood again when she was done. Heh. My first day as a sentinel was interesting to say the least.

    @Ellodin Difficult to please is probably the wrong phrasing.Was trying to use shorter phrasing because I knew the post was going to be a wall of text even without details. Ryuke told me that Rangor was challenging when he asks questions , to answer carefully and that he both loves and hates being tested by him because he is thorough and detail oriented.  I am typically very careful with how I answer questions of the nature he might ask. Also was told he was one of those people that you can never be completely sure how he will respond.
