Your bug report #16862 (detail: WIELD (one-handed weapon) while already wielding a one-handed weapon in effect does UNWIELD (currently held weapon) followed by WIELD (weapon), which is incredibly convenient for the sake of queueing. Shields do not get this, only a notification that I can only wield one at a time. Is this intentional? Should I IDEA swapping out shields in the same fashion as weapons?) - has been assigned to design category.

    What does this even mean?

That's really for the likes of @Tecton, @Sarapis, or @Makarios to answer, but I'd personally assume that it means that the implementation matches the current designed behavior (meaning it's not a coding bug), but the design itself does not match expected behavior or otherwise has some fundamental flaw.

In this case, the flaw is that you tried to do action A for item X, and it worked, but when you do it for item Y, it tells you it's impossible (and not as some error message, but as a legitimate game response), even though there's nothing special about item Y to make its behavior differently than item X.

Probably the type of coder that will be assigned to it.

Your bug report #15669 (detail: With the queueing system on, I can queue walking while off balance, but not while off equilibrium) - has been assigned to design category.

So it'd go to whoever is working on game design code as opposed to...

(Not sharing cuz I don't want people doing it) - has been assigned to protocol category.

That'd be the people who handle protocol coding.

My interpretation: Everything is working correctly, but maybe it's not as clear as it should be or could be designed better. So it's not a bug, but something they might still work on.

WIELD works fine with shields, you're just trying to wield a shield in both hands. WIELD <item> defaults to using the left hand, and presumably you're wielding the shield in your right hand already. If you did WIELD <left hand item> <shield> or WIELD RIGHT <shield>, there would be no problems.

And if you were wielding a shield in your left hand and a weapon in your right hand, WIELD <shield> work work fine (just like weapons currently work for you) while WIELD <weapon> would unwield your shield, rather than your current weapon.

Jinsun made my day on accident. I was at NoT for a moment, and he decides to show up. I assume he thinks I am AFK, I switch all my stuff to get ready to start attacking. He soulmasters me, delivers a speech on Targossas CT via soulmaster, and takes off with a smug look of satisfaction.

Normally that would be a pretty solid burn, except that I turned CT off after the first message, so out of all of whatever he was trying to say, this was the message that made it:

(Targossas): Aodfionn says, "MY CHILDREN LISTEN."

So apparently now I just sound like one of those soccer moms with the honor roll bumperstickers. Thx Jinsun.

Talked to Bahtell about redemption get advised to write a letter to Deucalion. Talked to Cadarus about redemption. Cadarus talks to Lady Aurora. Lady Aurora wants to talk to me and says to stay where I am. So I do..for 2 and a half days. I talk to Dena during this time. Finally I think the Lady had forgotten me. I see @Mel die. Hot Damn. A viable excuse to move. Dairune asks ne if I wanna hunt. I crud. I moved. To late now. @Iskla dies and I am like..wait a sec! So I start running for him and suddenly...out of no where I here the Lady's voice. All I can think is...oh crap. I moved. Hehe She said not to move. I wonder if She is trolling me. She talks to me and gives me advice. Yay! But Bleh. Mixed emotions. Go hunt with Dairune for three hrs and munch on anything I can find irl while listening to the Into the Woods soundtrack. Gain like 15 percent. Yay again! Sanctify a shrine to Deucalion in southern Eusian falls. Talk to Cadarus about what the Lady said while hunting with Dai. Cadarus wants to test new reflexes and moves. I help him and get eaten for lunch. I leave the realms and come back after chores. Oh look it's @Zenui! Hang out with him and update him on life and seek his wisdom as the wise Paladin and good friend he is. Hrm..time to hunt and help Targossas since they have a bazillion shrines down. Hunt and hunt and hunt. Send Cadarus a message that says, A slender selkie screams agonizingly, "Noooooooooo!" Laughter. Sanctify a Shrine to Aurora on Cadarus's request. Oh look. I have more..almost enough to fill another shrine. I try poking @Will but he sends me to @Halos. I think in my head..you bastard..Halos dun wanna talk to me. Okay..I got this. Respectful formal askance to raise shrine. Halos approaches me in reaches and I get scrutinized and questioned but finally he says, "Follow me, oathbreaker." Yay! Love you too Halos. We raise. Oh...That wasn't so bad. I walk past the shrine to Deucalion I sanctified earlier at Eusian falls. Gods Damn it all. The enemies dusted it. Grrr. I go hunting and finish off the shrine we were working on, but die first in the process of gathering. I sanctify, Inform Halos, offer the rest and decide I am very done with hunting. Go to Cyrene. Tumble for the Leech Slinger( @Kenway ). Hang out with @Avahania‌ and bounce up and down with her because she is hyper about Svaya. Decide I am exhausted and sign off. Quite a day

Hasar, riding a stubborn mule, arrives from the down.
    [here - Hasar (1)]

Hasar, riding a stubborn mule, leaves to the northeast.
    [northeast - Hasar (1)]

A boomerang of returning flies into the room and with a force that knocks the wind out of you, slams into you and carries you off to Hasar.
    Avenue of Trapped Souls.
You see exits leading north and southwest.

Hasar, riding a stubborn mule, leaves to the north.
    [north - Hasar (1)]

A boomerang of returning flies into the room and with a force that knocks the wind out of you, slams into you and carries you off to Hasar.
    Nefarious Way.
You see exits leading north, east (closed door), south, and west.

Hasar opens the door to the east.

Hasar, riding a stubborn mule, leaves to the east.
The door to the east slams shut.
    [east - Hasar (1)]

The door leading east is opened from the other side.

A boomerang of returning flies into the room and with a force that knocks the wind out of you, slams
into you and carries you off to Hasar.
    Laboratory of Jirken (indoors).
You see exits leading north (closed door) and west (open door).
The door to the west slams shut.

With an eerie creak, the bookcase swings open, revealing an exit to the in.

A stubborn mule appears to be fully healed.

Hasar raises his hands dramatically, and conjures a firewall to the in.

Hasar raises his arms and a gust of wind slams into you, pushing you to the in.
    Behind the bookcase (indoors).
A runic totem is planted solidly in the ground. A sigil in the shape of a small, rectangular monolith is on the ground. A scorching wall of fire stands here, blocking passage to the out.
You see exits leading up, down, and out.
You are scorched by the firewall as you pass through.

Flames lick around you - you are on fire!

You take out some salve and quickly rub it on your body.
The raging fire about your skin goes out.

The panel in the wall swings closed again, shutting out the light.

You tell Lord Marshal Hasar Lichlord, "Rude."

Hasar tells you in Mhaldorian, "I was testing."

You tell Lord Marshal Hasar Lichlord, "Testing what?"

Hasar tells you in Mhaldorian, "Indeed."

You tell Lord Marshal Hasar Lichlord, "That's what I thought."

    Just another day in paradise.
And I love too                                                                          Be still, my indelible friend
