    For those wondering, it was in the awesome ritual log Silas posted in achaean raves. Go read it, it was really well done.

    I used to die to the corpses of plague rats all the time - they'd hit me with recklessness and I wouldn't pick up on it (it was one I wasn't familiar with at the time).

    As far as I can tell, it renames the mob to a corpse, rather than creating a separate item. I've seen it with a lot of stuff.
