I looked at the picture and realized I had no idea what Sartan looks like. The old descrip on Asara's website is pretty different:
He
is a radiant Immortal and is horribly scarred beyond belief. The skin across
half His face has been burnt, leaving peeling flesh and exposing charred bone.
One eye has lost all colour and appears to be nothing more then a pasty, bulbous
orb. His blistering, gnarled hands are mostly concealed from sight. He is
wearing long, black robes, and a golden ring of iniquity.

The stance looks really generic, like a create-a-god pose. Don't like it at all. Love the detail on the bloodsteel boots/greaves and the sword, though, and I like the reddening of his veins to illustrate the maleficence, but isn't Sartan supposed to be horribly disfigured?
No, he's not disfigured. This Sartan looks exactly like that, down to the red veins.
You know, I actually like the stance on this one. I noticed that on the last few pics, all the figures seem to be of the same stance, almost like it each was taken from the same base model and had the details changed. That's not to say they didn't look great, it was just that it seems they were all posed the same.
Janeway: Tuvok! *clapclap* Release my hounds!
Krenim: Hounds? How cliche.
Janeway: Tuvok! *clapclap* Release my rape gorilla!

That was due to the island being dropped on him, and him reforming. Pretty sure he's healed up by now!
while I love the depiction of Sartan and all, I actually think that the picture excites me far more with the badass rendition of Mhaldor in the background
It's deceptive. Where in standard placental mammals, the navel marks the attachment site of the umbilical cord, on Sartan it's actually just a reflection of all the stalagmite self-impalement that was done to resummon him.
Agreed with many of the comments here: I like the picture overall, but was thrown off by the pose and by the contrast between the well-armoured legs and the bare torso and arms.

...If that is what Sartan's looks like -AFTER- combined with Shaitan (a walking burning nightmare WITH hooves) and Apollyon (Debonair but scary as -fck-) then im plain speechless.
Colour me strongly disheartened.
Edit: The guy looks like some wrestler from the roman pits..
Sartan never had horns, especially since Shaitan literally ripped them off as the transformation started. Otherwise, the picture is good, just not what I really imagined Sartan as. Just... I think it might be the background more than than the God. Best I can describe it is that it's more like I'm on-level with him, from the stance and the background. Get the feeling that he should be looking -down- on me rather than glaring -at- me. But that's just me.
What I really like about this picture is the sword, and the...leg-armour (I don't know what the name is for that). Those look really cool and I want them!
Sartan himself...well, I'll admit to being a little underwhelmed, but maybe that's because my interpretation of him in my head was different. No critique on the skill of the artist. I couldn't help immediately thinking of the Old Spice guy, to be honest. Also somehow he doesn't look angry enough.

@Alyssea Currently: Towering in stature and cruel in demeanour. Liquid fire burns through His veins, just beneath the surface of His ashen skin, raised like blazing scars over the powerful muscles of His bare arms and torso. The vicious scowl that twists His mouth radiates pure malice, and His dark eyes burn with bloodlust. Clawed hands clench and unclench with the constant rage that seethes within the depths of the Malevolent One, threatening to boil over at any time with tumultuous fury.
I do not like that comma after malice. I don't know if it's wrong, I just don't like it. It makes me pause while reading and makes the sentence read funny.
I could have been taught to read funny though.

Ohhh. I want to join Mhaldor! I want to eat strawberries off those abs. He's so handsome! :x :x

It's correct. "The vicious scowl that twists His mouth radiates pure malice" and "His dark eyes burn with bloodlust" are two independent clauses, and thus when combined into one sentence with a conjunction, need a comma.
