I dunno, Minecraft is just one of those games where I feel like I should really like, but for some reason I just don't get it somehow. It's like I have some kind of mental block for combining and building things and not getting eaten by creepers.

I've been convinced to play this game. someone add (sheepdog_mcfry) on skype that lives in a normal (america or european) timezone, and also has a normal timetable. I am sick of these australiasians or wannabe asians/nocturnal americans talking about minecraft whiel I am at work.

@Nellaundra That's a mod. We only use plugins, because every single person would have to download and install the mod to even log onto the server. Anyone can log on with plugins.
So if I remember right, our next server bill is due for the beginning of June. Just to get the conversation started early, I was thinking about donation rewards and how we always intended to implement them, but haven't really done so on the current map.
I'd be fine with any previous donators asking for, say, a sum of emeralds based on how much they've donated. (That's what we did before or tried to.) The other thing that I was considering for this particular period is that for every dollar you donate, you would get the equivalent number of minutes in fly mode. I would make a point of being online at a particular time that works for both of us, or I could get Kazu or Daslin to oversee it, etc. So if you donated ten dollars, you would get ten minutes in fly mode. It would have to be consecutive, so no splitting five minutes here, five there, and so on. This doesn't mean creative mode - it would be the ability to fly only.
Thoughts?
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to? You will never find that [everlasting] life for which you are looking. When the gods created man they allotted to him death, but life they retained in their own keeping. As for you, Gilgamesh, fill your belly with good things; day and night, night and day, dance and be merry, feast and rejoice. Let your clothes be fresh, bathe yourself in water, cherish the little child that holds your hand, and make your wife happy in your embrace; for this too is the lot of man."
