Am I the only one that uses names of Achaeans when I play other games?

Civ? Name the cities after Achaen ones.

Team members in games like Xcom? Name them after friends in Achaea.

This also leads to funny moments like "Mhaldor needs a harbour to build Ships" or "Tvistor ran in to that trap without squinting!" or "Katzchen bloody died again!"

Makes single player games funny.

I do this. I named (mentally, since there's no ingame provision) one of my boarding parties in FTL 'Tirac' and 'Xenomorph'.

They wrecked over fifteen ships, between them.

@Zeon It's called VisualBoyAdvance (VBA) link. It's pretty similar to the regular GBA emulator, but it lets you play multiplayer games using the IP address of the other person I believe. I haven't used it in years, so I might be forgetting a couple of things.

I've only named things after Achaeans since I started playing >.> All my characters on other games are named Alyssea, and whenever I have to name something that's not the main character, it's typically whatever Achaean's name pops into my head first.

Well, you start out as a recruit, and will automatically get assigned a class for your first level-up. I can change names when the guy levels up, or you could just say fuck all and just let the RNG decide your character's fate.

Damn it, Why do I always come into these things late. Anyway, @Katzchen you can guest to servers for free now, no WvW PvP but you can play PvE together ( @Illyose and I were playing this way last week I think it was)

@Arador I always name things after things in Achaea. I once ran a Minecraft server with a world named Riparium and I reuse my character names anywhere it will let me (At work everyone calls me by a shortened version of my first character's name).

What if I could put Achaeans in the game and have them fight each other? I can ask players for their desired weapon, model, and voice, let 'er rip, and record the shenanigans for maximum amusement.

And then I thought about it more. What if we had them fight with huge fleets in "Sins of a Solar Empire"? Fight pitched battles in "League of Legends"? Have them build their hideaways and fortifications and try and punch each other out in "Minecraft"? Or, goodness forbid, have them play roles in this obscure text game called "Achaea"?

Think of all the possibilities! It'd be so fun!

(I think I'm willing to do the Samurai Warriors one, though >.> I'll post details if I really want to start.)
