    That's also boarder line lolikon... not sure if I should flag it or not as its probably illegal in my country... :-?

    EDIT: I'm sorry @Shahai, but I had to flag that image. We have very VERY strict laws here in the UK when its comes to this stuff. I'm certain that image is in breach of our Extreme Pornography Act. Could the admins please remove it? I'd rather not go to jail under kiddy porn charges.

    @Iocun: Not when it comes to the legal definition of child porn within the UK. Look up the Extreme Pornography Act 2009 (I think it was brought into effect in 2009, could be wrong). Its a not very well known bit of legislation but is incredibly strict. That image is kinda border line, but its to close to line for my comfort.

    It is a drawing you can find in the public (and therefore all audiences) section of deviantart.com. I did not even noticed the borderline fact until @Lodi pointed it out. 

    I agree it should be deleted if it goes against the forum and/or thread rules.

    Well yeah, I was just stating my own opinion, not any legal assessment. I don't even know the exact definitions per my own country's laws and even less so the UK.

    As someone who works with kids on a now-irregular basis, I can tell you that the 'moral guardians' of the UK aren't confined in their accusations by the strict letter of the law. 

    (95% of the time they have no idea what they're talking about and/or are overreacting, but w/e.)

    I did not expect to launch a discussion about what is or what is not pronography in a particluar country. I said I understand @Lodi's position, that I understand @Cooper's post also. The post has been flagged, an admin will decide and I'll agree with whatever is decided about it.

    I so don't see nudity when I look at that. Due to whatever those markings are coming out from her armpits, I just get the illusion she's wearing a body suit the same hue as her skin.
    Probably the fact that it's not and not blatantly vulgar. *shrug*

    Either way, would like to see more player-drawn character art please.

    Obviously the admins have final say and I will respect their decision. But I'd feel safer if it was taken down. People get very, very jumpy about this issue over here. If I was looking at this thread in a public space, for example, there is a chance I could get into non-legl trouble if someone saw this image and took offense. I could, for example, get thrown out of a public library. Or worse... I don't know what its like over in the US, but to the Americans out there, please don't just assume its the same over here. Pediatricians have been attacked over here because people miss-read their job title as Pedophile.

    Edit: Removed the opening paragraph after speaking further with Sena about the legal issue here. I was mistaken, thanks for clearing that up. :) Not feeling quite so jumpy now. :)
