For those of you in the real world, that's GMT-4, so 1700 - 1900 GMT

You're right that EDT is [GMT-4], but that means you add 4:00 to get GMT time, i.e., 0100 - 0300 GMT.

Also, the UK is currently in daylight savings (BST), so we're GMT+1 (EDT+5) and it would be 0200 - 0400 BST.
