I have been walking around achaea for ages not being able to find anyone. Is there any command to walk to the nearest person

You can WALKTO city and house mates, part of the Landmarks system (HELP LANDMARKS)

What Klendathu said. Also, you can just WALKTO a city/village/location and some have gathering spots that you may be able to find and meet people that way
