I didn't get any nod for following Yudhi's wishes and solo attacking him though. Beya didn't even put my death in the log! I am disappointed. I better make it into the events post.

Shallam makes sense, people have been complaining of the set-up and the government etc for ages.
Ashtan makes sense, Freedom is a stupid concept and it should be a city of Chaos. This is the way to do it.
There isn't anywhere else that requires it, and just doing it anyway would lose all appeal quite quickly.
The Occultists are cool, but they're cool because they exist in secretive little cabals and cults. This is the flavour of the class. Having them in power is fine, because it's like the Illuminati finally infiltrated the US presidency, but extending it to an entire city would miss the point.
