IRE transplant with class/article questions

Level 3 of anything is usually not the best buy early on. Stick to lvl 2 belt and sip ring, lvl 2 regen, eagle wings, lvl 2 weapon. I'm not a runewarden, but I believe lvl 1 gauntlets is plenty for runewarden in the STR department if you're S&B or DWC.

RoF is solid. Gem of reincarnation and wand of reflection are beastly in group combat.

That was actually my first artifact in Lusternia as well. I, too, consider it one of my best buys. I'm not going to lie, it keeps tempting me here. I would think it's only really useful for RP / min/maxing if you're multiclassing though, yes?

You can reinc to self-revive on CD, iirc, which is where the big utility in group combat comes in.

Wand of reflection is pretty much a free life too, every hour, given how good it is at preventing death (usable prone, gives 5-8 reflections).

That and gem of reincarnation are probably my favorite raid arties.
