5. Physical appearance: She is shorter than most Sirens with understated curves, long, wild copper-coloured ringlets, and freckles across her nose and cheeks.

6. Strange or unique physical attributes: It's not really strange or unique, but her trademark physical attribute would be her curls.

7. Favorite clothing style/outfit: She's worn a hair dagger for centuries, most recently a custom designed dagger from her husband that was a Logosmas present. She also wears tortoiseshell glasses.

8. Where does he or she live? What is it like there? She holds Ashtani citizenship and couldn't be happier about the fact.

9. Defining gestures/movements (i.e., curling his or her lip when he or she speaks, always keeping his or her eyes on the ground, etc.): She's constantly brushing her hair out of her face, not that it ever stays put.

10. Things about his or her appearance he or she would most like to change: I don't think Ariettie would change a single thing about her appearance. She's quite happy with herself, even with the little wrinkles that have shown up near her eyes.

11. Speaking style (fast, talkative, monotone, etc.): She has a quiet, soothing voice unless she's made angry in which case it turns cold and harsh. That's left over from her time as a Dame in Cyrene and having to be the disciplinarian. She also tends to start mid-conversation and is blunt and to the point.

12. Pet peeves: Arie has no time for people who don't make an effort to help themselves, nor does she have time for those who only help themselves or manipulate others in order to get what they want. Likewise, those who are overly silly, extremely immature, or those who bicker for the sake of bickering and creating drama. And for Garden's sake, enough with the damned baked goods! No one needs to discuss them that often.

13. Fondest memory: Any time spent with her husband, but specifically a few particular dates he took her on, the month he proposed, and their wedding day.

14. Hobbies/interests: She loves to create new recipes and feed her family and friends. Blissful Bites, a cafe of her own, is a dream come true for her. She also enjoys fishing on occasion and creating jewellery pieces.

15. Special skills/abilities: Hmm, I guess those would be her tradeskills? Of those, I'd consider cooking and jewellery to be her special skills and abilities. Geography tends to be a decent one, too.

16. Insecurities: I suppose her biggest insecurities come from a fear of not feeling useful or being needed and then not having anyone care any longer.

17. Quirks/eccentricities: Horses and other mounts are to be left outside of her house at all times. She doesn't want them traipsing through her living space! She also really hates being called Lady or ma'am these days and I think it's because she spent so much time around knights.

18. Temperament (easygoing, easily angered, etc.): In the past, Ariettie would've likely been described with an icy public personality. Nowadays she's just kind of standoffish, or what is portrayed as such, unless you're one of "her people" and then she's warm and affectionate. She's that way with newbies, too. You definitely have to go through a phase with Arie where she's not quite sure how she feels about you and she won't fake it until she's sure.

19. Negative traits: Sometimes Arie gets too wrapped up in her responsibilities and forgets to take some time for her or to spend time with her family.

20. Things that upset him or her: Unnecessary drama and gossip. She also really dislikes confrontation.

21. Things that embarrass him or her: Other than being publicly reprimanded, not a lot.

22. This character is highly opinionated about: Anything and everything, usually!

23. Any phobias? Not really? I guess mostly that her family will all up and disappear on her.

24. Things that make him or her happy: Storms, penguins, surprises planned by her husband, newbies who respond and want to learn, seeing people she's helped succeed

25. Family (describe): Her father, Zenokail Jinx, was a huge early influence in her life. Her husband, Kross, is the absolute perfect match for her. She has entirely too many children, grandchildren, etc. but most of them are asleep. The ones who are awake are her babies, whether by blood or not. Tynil, her eldest waking son, is her ever loyal protector and while they have their theological differences now and don't see each other as often, she still loves him and is so proud of him and everything he's done. He really is her pride and joy. Her youngest daughter, Vix, keeps her on her toes and forces her out of her comfort zone often. Her adopted son, Aesi, keeps her teaching about the world. All of her children keep her showering them with love, along with her several grandchildren that she treats as if they were her own, including Madelyne and Garrus (when he's awake).

28. Other people’s opinions of this character (What do people like about this character? What do they dislike about this character?): Ariettie is generally pretty blunt and a lot of people take that as her being rude. She's pretty quiet until you're okay in her book and people take that as her being standoffish. Most people that dislike her are likely simply threatened by her, but would never dare admit it.

32. Favorite books: She's been sifting through the Savants' library while setting it up, so they're all running together right now.

34. Favorite sports/sports teams: Does foozle count as a sport? Foozle! Otherwise, go Team Ashtan in all things raid-related. She cheers them on from the sidelines and helps support where she can.

35. Political views: After centuries of life as a politician, she's trying to avoid it now. Being Ashtani, though, she clearly believes in the Chaotic way of life.

36. Religion/philosophy of life: A former follower of Lord Neraeos, she still believes the Virtues have a place in everyone's lives, but has shed the way of the Sea for a life worshipping Sky and Storm through Lord Vastar's order.

38. Dream vacation: Azatlan

39. Description of his or her house: Ariettie owns a family chalet near the Chapel of All Gods. The house is very warm and cozy with lots of exposed natural cedar and a general colour scheme of mostly azure. There's a beautiful backyard with a pond, fruit and flower gardens, and a stormy chapel. The house is always expanding as she can afford it, but for now it offers the essentials that one would need to live there regularly without needing to leave for much at all. As the main focus is that it's the family home, portraits of family members are hung in the living area.

40. Description of his or her bedroom: The master suite continues with lots of natural wood. There's a large bed and a sitting area. Double doors open up onto the balcony that overlooks both the Chapel of All Gods and the backyard chapel where a storm can be heard.

41. Any pets? Too many, if you ask her husband. They're all housed in the stable in the backyard, though, except Izel, her xaohlatl, and Adelie, her penguin.

42. Best thing that has ever happened to this character: With almost 400 years under her belt, that's a big question, isn't it? In no particular order: marrying Kross, being knighted, watching several of her children be knighted, moving to Ashtan, being a founder of the Savants, defeating the manifestation of the storm and meeting Lord Vastar in the eye of the storm, visiting Azatlan in a dream/vision, a lot of others I can't even begin to list right now

43. Worst thing that has ever happened to this character: All the drama surrounding the end of her time as Imperiate and staying far too long in Cyrene out of duty and not out of heart

44. Superstitions: She's a firm believer in fates, fortunes, and karma (not the Occultist kind, but the 'bitch is gonna get what's coming to her' kind).

I appreciate this as you, Flametounge, Asara, and Tsavonglah, were the first people I interacted with when I started playing Achaea and that's what got me hooked at the beginning. 'Course the old promotional "buy credits within x-weeks of making a character for extra lessons" led to the then-alt Belus and a change of cities, but that initial play time sold me on the richness of the world.

Strange or unique physical attributes: The white hair, his body size (quite small in stature/shape) and andro- androgynity?

Favorite clothing style/outfit: A black and ice blue formal performance suit, with glimmery silver thread embroidered through it, designed by him in his early 20s. Usually anything flashy and bright, otherwise.

Where does he or she live? What is it like there? Cyrene. It's.. Cyrene.

Defining gestures/movements (i.e., curling his or her lip when he or she speaks, always keeping his or her eyes on the ground, etc.): This depends on the mood and setting. His normal state is rather subdued and keeping to himself with little movements. When he is in more of a 'performing' mood, he overemphasizes actions to make them more showy.

Things about his or her appearance he or she would most like to change: At the moment, nothing really. When he was younger he wished he were taller or bigger in general, but he has come to peace with his appearance.

Speaking style (fast, talkative, monotone, etc.): Mostly softly and carefully, each word is spoken deliberately and without use of contractions. There are also often pauses where he considers what he is going to say.

Pet peeves: People who complain about being bored, people who complain about Cyrene while choosing to spend their time in it, arrogance.

Quirks/eccentricities: He's uh.. how can I put this. He's often 'faaabulous', and enjoys dressing up in both male and female outfits and appearances just for the fun of it, and enjoys playing the costumes up. Doesn't seem to like making money with any of his talents.

Temperament (easygoing, easily angered, etc.): Quiet, thoughtful, patient, forgiving and helpful, with spatterings of playfulness. The quiet goes out the door if he is 'performing', whether on stage or just being showy in public.

Negative traits: Absent minded, a bit too flirty, too nice for his own good, has trouble saying 'no', tends to keep things inside, and tends to become anxious/angry when information is held back from him.

Many people think he is a ne'er do well; a lazy, creepy ladykiller. People that know him tend to express that they are impressed by his creativity, or that he's very sweet.

Physical health: Pretty fit; not particularly strong, but he is very agile and quick.

5. Physical appearance: Small and slender, somewhat muscular, middle-aged-ish, fur is white with a few bands of darker fur (grey to black), extremely long tail. Usually has runes dyed into her fur with blue ink, scattered all over her body.
   
6. Strange or unique physical attributes: Pale, slightly reflective silver eyes (intentionally dyed, not natural; caused some vision loss, though not enough to be a significant handicap).
   
7. Favourite clothing style/outfit: Simple, loose-fitting, masculine clothes. She also likes military uniforms and similarly-styled clothing, for something more formal.
   
8. Where does he or she live? What is it like there? Ashtan, specifically an underground cavern near the coast.
   
9. Defining gestures/movements (i.e., curling his or her lip when he or she speaks, always keeping his or her eyes on the ground, etc.): Bowing as a greeting/farewell. Aside from that, it varies based on who's around.
   
10. Things about his or her appearance he or she would most like to change: Nothing, really.
    
11. Speaking style (fast, talkative, monotone, etc.): Laconic, deadpan. Speaks as little as possible, and mostly sticks to short, concise sentences. Unless she's teaching/explaining something, in which case she tends to ramble, or on the rare cases she speaks angrily, where she's quick to threaten violence. There are times when she'll affect different speaking styles though.
    
12. Pet peeves: Too many to list. Mild annoyance is almost her default state when she's in public.
    
13. Fondest memory: Nothing specific really stands out.
    
14. Hobbies/interests: Gathering information, in various forms (whether it's information about what other people are doing/saying, lore/history, how the world works, etc.). She enjoys gardening occasionally, growing toxic/dangerous plants in particular. I'd like to say she enjoys hunting and sailing, but it's hard for me as a player to stay interested in either long enough for it to really show, so I guess I'll say she enjoys hunting/sailing but has become too lazy to actually do it much.
    
15. Special skills/abilities: In the past, she was particularly good at getting in and out of secure places (often undetected) and spying on people. It's been a long time since she had a class that was actually conducive to that sort of thing though, so while she still knows a lot of tricks and counter-tricks, she can't really make use of them. Other than that, she's probably more skilled than most people with a halberd.
    
16. Insecurities: None in particular. She tends to assume people find her annoying and distant, but it doesn't generally bother her.
    
17. Quirks/eccentricities: She'll happily die if there's something to learn from the death, or there's a sort of death she's never experienced before and is curious about. She'll completely change her personality based on who's around and what she wants from them. I'm sure there are other things, but that's all I can think of right now.
    
18. Temperament (easygoing, easily angered, etc.): Impassive is probably the best way to describe it. She rarely feels strongly about anything, positive or negative, and even when she does she tends not to show it, unless it's an affectation to influence people.
    
19. Negative traits: Being manipulative could be considered a negative trait, even if there's almost never any malicious intent. As mentioned previously, her apparent personality/emotions can change significantly based on the current situation, what goals/outcomes she wants from it, the people around her, and what she thinks they expect of her. She could sort of be described as "harmlessly Machiavellian".
    
20. Things that upset him or her: People lying or being dishonest towards her (she doesn't particularly care when it's directed at others).
    
21. Things that embarrass him or her: Nothing special, the same sorts of things that anyone would find embarrassing I guess.
    
22. This character is highly opinionated about: Anything lizard-like is a lizard. She grudgingly accepts that xorans and dragons (unless it's a smaller kind of dragon, or a wingless dragon) aren't really lizards, but salamanders and other generally lizard-shaped amphibians are lizards, hydras are lizards, snakes with legs are lizards, an amorphous slime monster that appears to have an elongated body and leg-like protrusions on the side would be a lizard.

31. Religion/philosophy of life: In terms of divine, she doesn't particularly follow any. If she wasn't so strongly bound to Ashtan, Twilight would probably make the most sense though. In terms of general philosophy, she's pretty individualistic.

33. Dream vacation: A secret desert (the dry kind) at the bottom of the ocean, somehow.

Description of his or her house: A natural underground cavern, mostly limestone, with minimal modification to make it liveable (stairs leading down into the main cavern, artificial lighting, a large bedroom carved out). Plenty of animals living in it, especially cave fish and olms (there are a lot of large pools of water). Notable features include an underground garden with the ceiling designed to look like the night sky (using luminescent paint/fungus/insects and such), and a small underground lake.
    
35. Description of his or her bedroom: Huge, oval, sparsely decorated except for a large stone bed (carved from and still attached to the wall). The floors are smooth but the walls are left rough.
    
36. Any pets? Horses until recently (there really needs to be a warning when feedbags are getting low; from now on I probably won't bother with non-resetting pets/mounts), and a lizard (actually a salamander).
    
37. Superstitions: She sketches protective runes on graves when burying corpses, even though she doesn't (any more) have any power to make them do anything.

• NAME: Averitti.
• AGE: Twenty-one.
• HEIGHT: Five foot four inches.
• EYE COLOR: Pale violet/purple.
• PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Petite, yellow-gold tabby with blue-black hair.
• UNIQUE ATTRIBUTES: Jokeresque scars on either side of her lips, attained when @Cresil caught her smiling too much. She also has a short, stubby tail as opposed to a naturally long one, due to being maimed in a childhood incident.
• FAVORITE CLOTHING? She loves her insidious cloak, the pearl pendant and choker that @Drefan bought her, the outfit tailored for her by @Tharvis ..

·  Physical appearance:  Very petite and curvy (think Siren proportions), with sun-kissed skin and freckles. Wild bright fire red hair, and massive snowy wings spattered with an artist's palette of colour. 

·  Strange or unique physical attributes:  When she became a serpent she grew fangs. There may be a diamond in one of them.

·  Favorite clothing style/outfit: Elegant and refined, long gowns made of sumputous fabrics. Her closet is filled with an entire rainbow of colour. To choose just one would be to play favorites.

Sybilla is the only one she might begrudgingly acknowledge as being hers, though since moving to Mhaldor, she has developed somewhat of a mother-daughter relationship with @Saeva. Watchman does not belong in this category at all, nope nope.
