I have mental shortcuts for most numbers. To me that looks like one of the easier ones - 18 is 'times three, plus that times five (times five is half times ten)' so 78 + 390, and anything plus nine is ten and one less, so 468.

I would have done 520 - 52, but on the spot, the timer is short enough that I think Clarence Cudchew would still beat me to the answer.

My frustration with quests come in when I've tried everything I can think of, I've searched everywhere I can and then I start wondering whether this quest can even be "figured out". Like I mean, does it involve some kind of custom command that's not hinted at anywhere?  And is this even a quest? Or am I wasting my time? Is it broken? Am I meant to be attempting this?

And that's I guess when I start getting frustrated and just quit.

(And I'm not just talking about Honours quests)

It's kind of like watching a whodunit and the murderer turns out to be someone you didn't know existed.

I just remember having been told, "Oh, don't use commas" while completing the mazes, and realizing that I would have saved myself hours if I knew that but y'know...

Questing can be so frustrating sometimes. I've yet to return to Morindar to try and figure it out. Last time I got so irritated I just said screw it, and left. Jealous of people who just have a talent for these kind of things where, even though it's time consuming, they put together the pieces relatively easier than some others.

Bopalopia is fun. As someone who hates math, I don't usually have much of a hard time doing the math questions. These days I usually go up there to visit the shop or make use of the candy machine, which is one of my favorite things in Achaea.

for instance, i did the moghedu quest with the crossbow and instead of receiving 300 gold as payment, i only received 150. which was a big disappointment. sure, it all adds up in the end, but still ..

are there any updated quest sites? i'm guessing the sites i listed were abandoned, although i might try getting in contact with the administrators just to clarify. i would really enjoy up-to-date quest help, even if i have to create a guide site myself.
