One day when I was bemoaning that I can never get good pics of him...
My truly crazy (no, really, he's dangerously nuts), but sweet old guy Ernie on the left, and his buddy sonny, herd bossman. Ernie is such a bully, too - crazy, not dumb, while Sonny is that mellow dude everyone just knows is a badass, perfect herd boss. As you can tell by this picture...
I was actually trying to get Sadie's "tragic face" that she wears when she knows she's about to do some real work, but... this was even better
They were pretty worked/fit here. This was one of the last days of lolling in the pasture I got to interrupt last May before I deployed for the rest of the summer... Oh well, it was an especially brutal one anyway (I'd have worried if I didn't know they were in good hands - a lot of people lost animals, it got that bad).
Oh Peri If he were human, he'd be a bit of a troll, but he can do *anything*
EDIT: How could I forget Hank?! (I actually managed to acquire yet another sweet old gelding while nowhere near the United States, long story)
He sure does clean up nice though... got to take some pics of him this summer
Day ??? of living in a hotel room... Lost in the farthest reaches of youtube, pls send help if u get this
Awww, you guys already brought me a drink, how thoughtful! Strange though, how two beautiful people can have a child that looks like a dog, genetics still throws up some surprises now and then I guess.

Dude, mimosa flights $8 left to right: banana, orange, peach, cranberry. Pick your favorite when you have finished and get a full one! Eola Wine Company in Winter Park - pretty excellent.
Obligatory thank you, she is wonderful - or rather will be by the end of this week by my count (did you know they have Period Diary app??) when I can leave my bunker-like doghouse
Thanks, lady I am telling you, the right shade of red is a revelation for us pale folk! Do it.
I loved being red! But it is a ridiculous amount of upkeep, even if you're lucky enough to have natural hair of a vague, not-really-anything colour that looks like natural dark roots.
@Tania so true. And my natural color is a fab mix of darkish mousy brown and gray (want to say yours is a nice blonde). My colorist found that the trick is mix in just a tad of something that opens up the hair shaft a bit more (certain blond colorings) because the red molecules are bigger than is the case in other colors - that's why they tend to wash out so quickly if special steps aren't taken. They pretty much just sit on top of the hair shaft otherwise, to be washed away. When it's done right, my hair looks pretty sharp for a full 7 weeks (rather than ~2)! It certainly still washes out to some degree though. And the roots grow so fast... no more than 7 weeks.
@Ruth: Sorry to hear about your hampster. As a side note, I was scrolling and only saw the top part of that picture, and instantly thought, "Why is Ruth posting a picture of white powder cut into lines?!?" Then I scroll down further and went, "Oh...."
Reading DAC made me think of the comic "Mr Kiasu" (Everything Also Can!)

More like smart enough to keep posting pictures of Mizik to skew the real results.
My group picture. I'm the second from the left.
What my group worked on. ^_^
