Humorous as it may be, I took this on the way to a job. Helped the farmer herd the cows back into the fence and got a side of beef out of it. Stocked freezer for a while! The trees are frozen with 'hoarfrost' -- It was foggy in the morning and the vapor froze onto the trees.

Here it is close up on a branch.

This stuff is my favorite part about winter.

Skipped one day of conference to attend Gasparilla 2016 in Tampa Bay(which happens to have a rich pirate history). Totally worth the sunburn and risk of unemployment.

Day before.. clear river.



Day after around noon




Pirate ship inc, complete with cannon fire smoke etc









Entire river was mostly filled with ships, rums and pirate flags - though this was taken later in the day when most of the ships had already left.
