I don't mind spiders from a distance. I've just been unlucky with all the giant huntsman spiders during breeding season, because they end up coming inside to get out of the rain. And, well, they are all really big and they run at me really fast and I don't give a damn what anyone else about them being harmless.

OK. I'm in love with that bird. What species is it? (We don't have them here in Australia)
@Wysteria After much sleuthing, I have finally found the exact species. It is an Ovenbird (Seiurus aurocapillus).
That took so much effort to figure out...
More about that picture: it was unconscious on the ground in a little area between my two front doors, the gate to get in, and the garage (where it was nesting). I nudged it; it moved. Upon further investigation, it had a small tick on its forehead above its beak, so I went and got some tweezers and removed it. It perked right up and took off, but about a minute later, it flew back and landed on a fountain-type thing right next to where I found it. It let me pet it then stepped up on my hand and I was like
Alternate story:
I was doing a bit of spring cleaning and decided I needed a bit of help, so I started singing a happy little working song and this bird showed up.
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby
That is both exceedingly fascinating and completely gross.
Out of curiosity, why are they all bunched up? Something to do with the weather or was it an eight-legged orgy?

I once flicked a cockroach that was crawling on the back of my friend, recently squished another one to death with an umbrella and have no particular fear of spiders, but even I'm beginning to get creeped out with all these pictures.
In an effort to get the thread away from spiders, I was going to take more pictures of my kittens (Panda actually knows his name now ) but it's night time and they're asleep. So you'll have to make do with one of me instead.
This is how I'm usually playing Achaea at home. My grandmother picked out the skirt for me!

The terror I got from those spider pictures is, thankfully, offset by Call of Cinya: Black Ops II. You could totally pull that picture off and patch in a Spy class or something!
And more Jurixe pics! Will forever be the cutest Achaean ever in my book.

Thanks @Peak! Wasn't expecting a name like ovenbird for a sparrow-looking thing like that.
For everyone else who doesn't seem to like spiders for some reason:
"Faded away like the stars in the morning, Losing their light in the glorious sun, Thus would we pass from this earth and its toiling, Only remembered for what we have done."
@Wysteria I had narrowed it down to about 8 different wrens, 6 pipits, 5 finches, 5 thrushes, 4 warblers, 2 flycatchers, and a partridge in a pear tree before discovering whatbird.com
