    His origin story? His (dead) father is a policeman with a strong sense of justice. His mother works as a professional dominatrix who knows all the kinks. Their pairing spawned a young man with a heart dedicated to justice, but only unlocks his full strength when wearing panties on his head, fishnet stockings, underwear...and nothing else. This all started from a manga.
