It is called Cymothoa exigua and it basically enters through the gills, eats the host's tongue and then replaces it with itself.

I saw that, then I read they just send them an envelope which was disappointing. In the mean time, I've designed an intricate spring-loaded box instead, which should maximise the glitter spread upon being opened. Patent pending.
