Vegas Meet 2015 - Meet the Gods!

    Has there been any confirmation on the hotel or where the meet is? Been hoping to get all of my planning in one sitting to see if I can afford to be there.

    Yep, definitely! We'll be meeting up in the Mandalay Bay or Luxor somewhere, maybe at eyecandy (http://www.mandalaybay.com/downloads/plans/Property_Casino-Map.pdf). Once we're there, we can scope it out a little more, but it'll definitely be somewhere the Mandalay/Luxor/Excalibur megacasino.

    If you're still looking for accommodations to make this work, you'll be in fine form at any of those.

    I'll have some more information once we're in Vegas and have had a chance to weigh up meeting locations.

    I'd like to see it in the Dayton, Ohio area with a kickstarter, but all I can think of is the Dayton Convention Center (No convention halls, damn.) or the Hara Arena (Run down part of town, damn. Plus side, near the Greyhound bus stop.) That's alright, though. Flyover states get the screws again.

    There's a reason flyover states are flyover states. Dayton, OH wtf lol.

    Hey! There are -plenty- of awesome places in Ohio. I dunno about Dayton specifically, but a meet in OH would be cool.

    Can we make this a thing?!? There is plenty of locations in Austin to set this up, amazing bars and restaurants. 6th street, Circuit of the Americas, lakes...could be a lot of fun...just sayin'

    Would be awesome for there to be one in Europe, I know @Sarapis likes to travel, have you considered visiting the wonderful land of the United Kingdoms.

    I'll set the scene.

    The year is 1066, the Normans and Anglo-Saxons are not important because its really 2015 and I think that you should arrange for a meet in Europe somewhere. Not necessarily the UK, but somewhere with a hub airport that people in Europe could travel to.

    Though recently, I'm starting to think that European players are dying out, though that could just be me.

    Alternatively, a load of players from round the globe should come to the UK for a meet. @sybilla @rangor @carmain @otherpeoplewhoattended can al attest to how great we are at picking pubs.. but it was fun.
