HTML5 Updates!

Is there any way to view help files in the main window instead of having them pop up in a new window?
Also is there any way to turn off the page break for scrolling back?
Nexus died due to a skin error, and while I was okay with these HTML5 features on short-term use, if this is going to be my new client I'd like to be able to fix these. I've looked and if there is a way to toggle them, I've missed it.

Help files in their own window is configurable in the settings window (the cog icon in the bottom right)

There's no way to change the scrollback currently, but we'll look at that as an option in the future.
