Where is everyone getting these neat little signature things that show their character's stats?

I'm guessing that was a thing that was added while I was dormant, but I can't seem to figure out where they come from.

You just enter BANNERCODE as a command to get it!

As an addendum, how does one change the image on the banner, a la @Vastar‌'s abs on @Achimrst‌'s banner above?

Log into the HTML5 and change your picture in it.
