Oligarchy and Dictatorship Challenges

I have recently been informed that time for a challenge in a house that is an oligarchy or dictatorship times out, siding with the challenger, if no response is given after 21 RL days from the initiation of the challenge. While I think that this is a reasonable amount of time if someone is not already listed as being dormant, I think that this should be shortened if they are already dormant (using the game's definition of dormancy as 30 RL days). As it stands, a house wanting to give a dormant leader a fair shot at returning, and allowing them 30 days before initiating a challenge, will have to wait a total of 51 RL days.

I'm not sure on what a good number ought to be if someone is already dormant, but a RL week (from the initiation of the challenge) sounds pretty good.
