Occultist Combat System

I'm looking for a system to assist me in combat as an Occultist, I have a basic concept for combat, but I'm having outrageous difficulty scripting a way to put it to use. Any help would be appreciated. I have googled for an occultist Mudlet combat system to no avail and the knowledgebase on forums seem a bit rough. So any help would be appreciatiated.

Better to ask on Discord. These forums are pretty much dead since the admins opened up Discord for OOC/IG knowledge supplemental to the game.
