You can probably get the help you need for free from the SVO clan.  I guess that depends on your "combat" clause though.

Man, first we get people paying for systems others coded, now we already get people paying people for helping them with purchased systems yet other people coded. This is growing into quite some industry!

System-wise, help is free. If you mean doing your offensive stuff, then yep, you'd want to get someone to help you out.
