There have been a couple of threads like this, but they're old, and I didn't want to raise them from the dead.
I'm working on coding up an areacheck that will play a song (or a few songs) based on the area I'm in.
I'm looking for suggestions from people familiar with zones (and who like atmospheric music, I guess?) to suggest songs to go on the list. I'll likely play them from youtube, so go nuts!

I vote this for Sparrow's Rest, the Aerinewild and other less central foresty areas:

Ha, I was just about to post the Greenpath Soundtrack. It reminds me most of Annwyn, with a bit of that fae vibe.
A lot of the Hollow Knight OST would be very great for this.

Mhaldor would obviously be dark gothic organ music, since we have a daemon choir in the cathedral already. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rQym6uQcUmA
Becoming a Lord of Water is pretty much this song for me. The transformation text describing how you can feel life surge all around and how each heartbeat feels like your own.
It's not quite a fit for the maw I think, but it's not too far either.
And you won't understand the cause of your grief...
