Those are perm curls, and they ain't cheap.  My wife gets her hair done like that and it isn't a haircut it's a hair DAY.

She has beautiful type 3C curls! Which makes sense. Pandora's father  is basically a Jay-Z look-a-like.

Also 100% digging the crazed Disney smile. I love it.

ETA: Pandora's facial emotes were always hard to picture for me with the shifting colors. I am so much happier to now have a mental reference that looks more like Winnie Harlow and less like Rorscarch from the Watchmen.
