mudlet mapper

I just started this new character (shaman) and for some reason my mapper isn't showing up. There's the space for it over at the side as usual, but it's all gray and the rooms won't show up. I've never had this problem with the mapper before on my other characters, etc. Any ideas what might be going on or how to fix it? Thank you in advance.

I started a new profile and now it works fine. I only had a few aliases set, so it was no big deal.
