In typical writer fashion, I only decided to write this like the night before the deadline and submitted it literally a half hour before the Reckoning quiz, so it's probably still very rough. Nevertheless, I felt I should at least make an attempt at submission, since I already had an idea of what to write. It's been a long time since I've written a story, and it felt good to write in my own style, rather than someone else's.
