Just a suggestion, it was mentioned that we get rewarded for having to endure recent connection problems. I cast my vote for something like a free trait or race reset as it would be something we could all benefit from without influencing the market much. That and it has been ages since something like that happened!

I'm not the type to expect compensation for downtime. So I quite honestly couldn't care less. I always enjoyed the threads on WoW / BDO forums where people would be demanding compensation for crashes etc.
