Data breach
I made a new character, and upon logging in, a prompt popped up that said that my password was exposed in a data breach and insisted I change it. Should I be worried?

If so, massive kudos to IRE for using that, but yes, you should change it and only be worried if you use the same password elsewhere. Which you probably do, given that you used it here.
