Mudlet grab exits via lua

Greetings I am looking for how to store the output of x which shows rooms exits and save them to a variable for later scripting. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Or if tables would be better

gmcp.Room.Info.exits I believe is the right table

Exits are already available via GMCP (stored in a table). I don't remember the exact location, but if you take a look at gmcp.Room - enter lua gmcp.Room in the command line - you should be able to find it.

The one thing I'm not sure it includes is non-directional exits.
