Server-side Curing Commands in Aeon/Retardation

Do Aeon and Retardation 1 second delayed commands affect server-side curing commands like Curing Afflictions on/off, Curing Priority Insert <aff> <priority>, Curingset Switch <name>?

I tried searching for the answer, but my searching skills must not be up to par if the answer is already available somewhere on this forum.
