Uh what's the point of having a quest that relies of Ryina of Adryn's Keep if she's dead, as in permanently?

Long story short, there isn't. But its been bugged before, and the truth is its just not a high priority on the list of things to fix right now.

Forums are not the appropriate avenue in regards to reporting bugs, this is what the in-game BUG system is for, as specified in HELP BUGS.
