How to fix: map not showing

Hi. The achaea map is showing a gray square and says (unknown area). This happens even though I am in an area which I previously saw the map for and is not unknown.

I have tried to reload the page and to enable/disable the map window. This did not help. I am playing in the browser. How can I see the map again?

Which client are you using?  Mudlet, Nexus, MUSH?

Were you blind at the time without Thirdeye (think that's the one, slept like shit last night) defence up?

Was it a common area or a private house or some such?

Anyway, best to tag some folks that might narrow it down.
