Artefact Runeblades

Hey everyone! I am new to Achaea, but I decided to invest in some Scimitar of Hawks to help in my hunting. After spending my lessons to get to Runeblades, and buying the scimitars themselves, I ran into this:

Glowing with magical runes, this mystical runeblade has been empowered with the powers of the earth.

It has the following mystical runes sketched upon it:

A rune resembling a long, slim blade has been sketched onto it.

A rune resembling a dirk has been sketched onto it.

A rune resembling a large hammer has been sketched onto it.

It weighs about 10 pounds.

It bears the distinctive mark of Zhedan.

You may use the following commands with this weapon:

swing

hack

slash

jab

This weapon has 100 months of runic empowerment left.

Has anybody else run into this issue?

If I'm understanding you right, you're expecting the runeblade to have increased stats? Laguz/lagua/lagul did increase weapon stats in the past, but that hasn't been the case for about 4 years now.

But they still increase speed/damage/accuracy like the descriptions say?

What descriptions say that? It's likely just outdated information. The AB files all look accurate to me and don't mention any changes to speed or accuracy, and damage only in specific circumstances.

Ohh I see. I was talking to someone about Runewarden and they had told me the stats would go up. That makes more sense!

Those runes haven't increased stats for at least four years. I wouldn't listen to that person on any topic ever again.
