Is there a way to disable credit purchases on my account?

Hi there,

Just curious on the question posed in the title. I'd like to play a full free-to-play character, and I would like to be able to prove this by having the suicide command still active. I won't ever purchase credits for it, but it does not stop someone from sending one credit my way to mess with me.

Is there any way to mitigate this via config command, or am I SOL? I kind of wanted to make a forum topic/blog about the journey.

No. You only lose suicide when the character gains permanency. Which only happens when you buy credits. Also this thread's almost 2 months old, p sure he already quit.

15.3.5 Deletion for inactivity.

To minimise the amount of resources spent on inactive players, Achaea

institutes a system for purging dormant players after a certain amount of time.

The following table will give an insight into the policy in place for these

activities:

Hours Played |  Days before deletion

   < 1       |         30

   < 10      |         90

   < 30      |        360

   < 100     |        720

If you've played over 100 hours, or have ever purchased credits or lessons,

your character will not be deleted for inactivity.

That... Doesn't remove your ability to suicide... Which is what I said. That just stops it getting deleted for inactivity.
