Capturing number in a table?

Hi guys, so I am in Earth Lord and we have: 

gmcp.Char.Vitals.charstats[3] that shows:

"Shaping: 0"

I want to do:
dochshaping = 0

How do I get the number 0 out of the gmcp so I can assign to the variable?
