[Mudlet] Charge list total thingy

I got sick of adding up charges on the list for enemies, so I made a thing to do it for me. I have not done really any testing aside from a couple of people, so you might need to fix it. It's just 3 triggers though and you could probably do it better than I did.

    Shit, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some syntax that I missed to do it for me here, too.
