Message Delete Decays

Was trying to clean up my messages and I realised the the MESSAGE DELETE DECAYS could probably do with an upgrade. I'm knee deep in a flood of other system messages like cart sales, ad expiration notices and customisation completion (and subsequent deletions).

Can we update the delete decays command to remove these too?
