I think it was more a comparison to the amount of time they put in compared to the average player.

I am fairly sure @Makarios does not sleep, based on the speed of responses to my messages at what must be absurd hours accounting for time zones. Nicola too.

There are some studies which suggest that the skin itself has a big effect on the circadian rhythm. Your cells detect the absence/presence of (sun)light. This is why indoorsy-people are also often less tied to a 'regular' body clock.
