[Mudlet] Updated elixsum

I had a few reports that my elixsum script broke at some point, so I rewrote it from ground up. That means when you install it, you'll have to restart Mudlet, unfortunately. This is because I can't remember if there are any other functions that will have been overwritten or will fire more than once because the scripts stay in a sort of buffer. When you close Mudlet, this buffer is cleared out.

You can list the different modules with "elix" (there are only 3 right now) and you can enable/disable a module with "elix <module>". It doesn't save these between sessions, so you'll have to toggle each time you open Mudlet.
