I know. The title is unforgivable.
So I'm wondering if anybody else's brain is like mine and assigns colors to different afflictions/cures?
Mine seems to associate the color of the curative with the affliction.
Bloodroot/paralysis = red, Kelp/asthma = green, confusion/ash = grey
But I also imagine aeon as a yellow, card-shaped haze that expands to people-size and passes through them, so elm pipe is yellow to me too.
And I picture slike/anorexia as yellow, so epidermal salve is too.
Stupidity is yellow for goldenseal, like dizziness.
And even though the moon tarot has a red glow, I always picture it blue for some reason.
And ginseng affs are orange, like carrot vomit. Lobelia has the sissy affs, so it's pink. And voyria/immunity are black.
So who else has affliction synesthesia?

I don't use colored echoes either for the most part. I was actually referring to my mental association with them. All in the imagination box.
But when I do color afflictions and stuff it'd be with the color I associate with it.
And on the CWHO highlighting package I made (on mudlet forum), I shaded the background of each class based on my association. Runelore is always blue to me, for example, so Shamans and Runewardens show up blue.
My arrows:
Colour Venom Quantity
------ ----- --------
Undyed None 32
Red Curare 46
Blue Prefarar 25
Green Kalmia 50
Black Delphinium 17
Orange Gecko 10
Gold Slike 45
Silver Aconite 30
Prefarar is green in my mind, but kalmia is greener.
Shamans are a sort of bluish-brown, serpents are grey-ish green, occultists are gold, blademasters and apostates are black, runewardens and druids are green, sentinels are dark green, sylvans and bards are blue, priests are silverish-white, paladins are bluish-white, monks are an earthy brown, magi and infernals are red, alchemists are grey, jesters are yellow.
And now that I'm without my entire mudlet and am on a PC using the HTML5 client, my cwho feels naked.

Delphinium is black, because it puts you to sleep.
Prefarar is green, because it's cured by kelp and everybody knows kelp is green.
Kalmia is blue, because it gives you asthma and not being able to breathe makes you turn blue.
Curare is red, because it's cured by bloodroot and blood is red.
Those aren't even up for debate, if you use anything else you're plain wrong.

Edit: For arrow colours, white, silver, or orange (it can be a really light orange) are acceptable alternatives since there isn't any yellow.
@Sena Can do gold arrows.

Cyrene is green, because that's the colour I arbitrarily chose for CT 10 years ago, when I started Achaea in Cyrene. It's true that loki is green, but it's because randomness is green, and trickster gods are green. Green dragons are green because poison/venom is green, and loki just happens to be the best venom. Moving on from green things, prefarar can be black, blue, or purple, because those are traditional bruise colours and bruises=sensitivity.
Edit: Curare can't be gold, because aconite is gold since people do stupid things for gold.

It's*
Maybe I'm picturing a colour that doesn't actually exist. Maybe it's better to think of it as light brown with lots of blue flecks mixed in, rather than actually combining the colours.
I made paralysis red and stupidity blue, I think. I don't really see the rest.
Anyway, I made this up:
Curare is red,
Delphinium is too.
I've got a dirk,
So I can lock you.
Prefarar is green,
Aconite is black.
Freeze you up with a
goldenseal stack.
My venoms are spectral,
A toxic rainbow for you.
Like a week-old corpse,
Which you'll be, soon.
