Okay, Runewardens may empower a weapon as a legendary runeblade.
Does that mean any forge weapon could be empowered as a legendary runeblade?
Or is it just confined to just swords?

You can rune blunt weapons as well, they just don't have the added possible benefits of the actual runeblade ability.
