New Character Retirement Requirements
I think it would be nice if we could transfer retirement credits to characters not only based on how long we've had them, but also on how much we've played them. For instance, I've played Neftarys for like four days and four hours total, which for an IRE MUD, is not much. I'd rather use this name and character, but I can't, even though I've invested very little in him. So I think that should change.
