My only issue with your numbers @Amranu is that the balance with gloves is approx. 1.75. The average extracted would not be 4 without gloves. Otherwise your work is very impressive!
Ok, gloves give 514 transmutes per hour with those numbers, which reducing the average to 2 for non-gloves and increasing the balance time, you get 374 transmutes per hour
Again assuming 6 per mineral:
Gloves: 15420 gold per hour Non-gloves: 11220 gold per hour
It takes 429 hours for gloves to pay for themselves at a credit price of 6000 gold per.
Assuming a credit price of 6000 gold per, and 15420 (let's just round down to 15000) gold per hour, you're making 2.5 credits per hour. I'm pretty sure gloves aren't 429 * 2.5 = 1072.5 credits. They're 300, so it's 300 / 2.5 = 120 hours.
Gloves makes 4200 gold more per hour than non-gloves, I used that to calculate how long until they paid for themselves, as the rest you would've been making regardless.
To put it another way, without gloves you're making 11220t where t is the number of hours spent. With gloves, you're making 15420t but you also already spent 300 credits, so your profit function needs to include a fixed cost. So profit with gloves is 15420t - 300(6000)
So to figure out how long until you start making more than you would without gloves:
11220t = 15420t - 1800000 4200t = 1800000 t = 1800000/4200 t = 428.57ish

Interesting - so it takes around 60 hours of solid Synthesis before you've paid for the credits to trans it (or about 45 hours if you still have the 2.5 bonus and you're buying unbound credits). I wonder what proportion of people with Synthesis have actually come out ahead by now.

gold/time would be 7.875x (457 transmutes/hour)
gold per hour as a function of price would be f(x) = 2285x
