Targossas Novice Help

A lot of the tasks for Targossas Novice are way more vague and hard to figure out than the other ones were, like getting branches for Marhisa or finding a book for Elode.  How do I do complete these with their vague instructions?  Help, especially from someone who has already done these, would be greatly appreciated. :)

    @Mingmei ask on your city channel to be inducted into your city's novice clan! Targossas, last I heard, has one of those set up to help new citizens

    This seems like a good thing to ask ICly, this is an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow citizens and RP some discussion with them via the Academy or CT

    I agree with @Draekar.  There is a novice clan once you've graduated the cultist conspiracy and the professors and aides there are always willing to help.
