Svo complete crash

Looking for any help here - Svo seems to have somehow completely died on my side. I'm getting following errors, then when I try to do ANYTHING that involves svo (diagnosis, vinstall/vconfig/vdefs, anything) absolutely nothing happens.

I tried uninstalling the package and reinstalling it, nothing happened. I'm a bit lost as to how this happened and what I can do about it, short of reinstalling Mudlet completely.
